Shipping
All non-download orders will be shipped via standard mail. Your order will ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are £2.50 per item. Delivery usually takes between 2-5 days (UK).

Orders are usually shipped within 12hrs of receiving payment.

Downloads
Download products do not incur delivery costs and can be downloaded from your account page immediately after order (when paying by debit/credit card).

Online Course
Your course enrolment key is available to you automatically as soon as your payment is received (Credit Card, Cheque, Postal Order, or Official Order). You can download your course key from your account section of this site. Once you have got your key you can enrol at www.british-sign-online.co.uk

Returns
If your product is defective on delivery you can return it within 30 days of it's dispatch for a product replacement. We will also pay the return shipping if the error was ours.
