Learn British Sign Language

  • Have just received the CD. Brilliant - am trying to learn sign language for my new job. What complete stars the boys are as they sign. I am finding this CD Rom so easy to use. I cant recommend it enough to people. Every child in the country should be taught at least the signing alphabet. My 12 year old is now also very keen to learn. We try to teach children French, German, Spanish etc (and even Latin which is a dead language !) which is ok if you travel to these places. You could though be living next door to someone with deafness and not be able to communicate with them. Fantastic site. Kim Appleby

    I have thoroughly enjoyed this course. It really isn't the type of thing you can coast your way through. It's detailed, wide-ranging and well thought out. I really liked that there was the same person signing for the whole course as I felt like I got used to his style and that made it easier as I went through. It's made me want to carry on learning! It was extremely flexible and something I could access as and when it suited me. I'd wholeheartedly recommend it if you are committed to learning BSL.

  • Amazing course! Easy to follow, flexible (not that you need much time - so fun, I just wanted to keep learning BSL on here!) and brilliant value for money! Ive tried teaching myself BSL previously using the web but they teach simple words and cant give you the grammatical skills that this course can! Recommend to anyone!
